Damnoen Saduak Floating Market combines Rose Garden & Elephant theme park

Damnern Saduak is believed to be one of a well-known and an attractive travelling sites. Historically, Damnoen Saduak was actually the name of the canal dug in the reign of King Rama IV by the military men and the people of Rajburi, Samutsakorn and Samutsongkram Province directed by Phayasrisuriyawong, the minister of Defence. In those days without rivers and canals, transportation was almost motionless; King Rama IV with his great concern over the country's future economic growth, he finally had the canal dug to connect the Ta Chine River in Samutsakorn Province and Maklong River in Samutsongkram Province together.

The Thai Village and Cultural Learning Center at the Rose Garden is set in 70 acres of lush tropical gardens adjacent to the scenic Ta Chine River. These feature everything about the Thai rich and well-preserved rural way of life from the olden days. The Thai culture, the time-honoured customs and traditions, as well as their natural festive sense are well depicted by means of real life actions and live colorful presentations set in a conventional Thai environment and ambiance.

Khao Yai National Park

Khao Yai is Thailand’s oldest National Park, September 1962. In 1982 it was enlisted as an ASEAN heritage site due to its variety of flora and fauna, and is now world - famous. Khao Yai has also been nominated as a World Heritage Site. It is Thailand’s third largest Nation Park, covering an area of 2,165.55 sq.km. and its highest peak, Khao Rom, reaches an elevation of 1,351 m. above sea level. Khao Yai is part of the Dongrak Range, which forms a mountainous wall fencing the northeast plateau form the central plain of Thailand. Park headquarters are situated roughly 200 km northeast of Bangkok. The park extends across four provinces: Saraburi, Nakhon Nayok, Nakhon Ratchasima and Prachinburi. Khao Yai has many attractions, including waterfalls, a rich diversity of plants [approx. 2,000 species], plentiful wildlife and an interesting cultural history. It is easy to understand why Khao Yai is Thailand‘s most popular National Park.

Koh Talu Island

Koh Talu is one of the unspoiled island, located at Khao Lam-ya, Ma Ko Samet National Park. It covers an area of 69 Rai, most of area is dense Jungle with a high steep cliff to the west, and clean white sandy beach to the east and the south. The water is so clear sea makes it and ideal place for swimming and snorkeling.

The island maintains and abudance of natural resources. The cliff was hollowed out (Talu) by the sea, so island was named after it.

River Kwai & Tiger Temple

The infamous Bridge on the banks of the Khwae Yai River is located about 4 km. from the TAT office on Hwy 323. Transported piece from Java by the Japanese Army the bridge was reassembled by war prisoners. Bombed several times by the Allies and rebuilt after the war the bridge’s curved spans are original. An estimated 16,000 Allied POW’s and 50,000 forced laborers died during the construction of the Bridge on the River Kwai.

Visit World War II Museum, an open-air museum constructed in the form of actual prisoners of war camp. There are collections of photographs pictures, articles, pistols, knives and other items from the construction of the “Death Railway”

Kanchanaburi War Cemetery: The cemetery of the remains of over 6,000 prisoners of war, who lost their lives during the construction of the “Death Railway”

World’s famous bridge and train ride to Nam-Tok Station the last existing train station of the Thai-Burma railway in Thailand and enjoying the speedboat trip along the Kwai Noi River, surrounded by the mountainous jungle scenery.

Safari World & Park

A good respite from the concrete jungle is a visit to the Safari World, a 200-acre wildlife enclave. It is both a zoo and a marine park. The Zoo section, called Safari Park, is home to a large variety of animals like zebras, giraffes, tigers, lions and bears roaming around in a mini forest. Visitors can see them from their own cars or from the Safari's own air-conditioned coaches. At the Marine Park, you can find dolphins, seals and other aquatic creatures. Safari World also has regular animal shows featuring monkeys, dolphins, birds and seals.

Thai Country Life & Cooking

Depart Bangkok for Nakornpathom province. First, stop at Morning Market to choose some gradients and vegetables for lunch cooking and then driving through the green built of Bangkok. Passing on fields, lotus ponds and much more. Make a short stop at farmer’s house to see the processing of making brown sugar made from coconut sap. Next take a traditional Thai boat sculling along the Nakorn Chaisri River. Enjoy walking through the 170 years old Thai-Chinese settlement at Bann Lumpaya. Then comes to the highlight of the tour, enjoy your first hand experience of cooking Thai Foods. at the Garden House. Lunch will be provided, after lunch you will visit the wickerwork village to see.the traditional methods of making the products by water hyacinth, then finishing the tour by visitting orchid farm to learn how they grow orchid.
